The Equip Schools Pro­gram is a com­pre­hen­sive, acces­si­ble and diverse pro­gram, aimed to cater for the needs of all stu­dents. Based on an estab­lished and inno­v­a­tive cur­ricu­lum, the pro­gram utilises an inte­gra­tion of web, text and per­sonal com­mu­ni­ca­tion through its 3 core ele­ments: Equip Online, Equip Hand­book and Equip Workshops.

Equip Online

A soft­ware appli­ca­tion for stu­dents, teach­ers and par­ents. It is an inter­ac­tive and cus­tomis­able sys­tem which allows stu­dents to prac­ti­cally man­age their time, refine their organ­i­sa­tional skills, and adopt effec­tive habits in plan­ning and reflec­tion. Through com­pre­hen­sive report­ing, the sys­tem fos­ters com­mu­ni­ca­tion and part­ner­ship with stu­dents and parents.

Sophis­ti­cated stu­dent report­ing, where par­ents and teach­ers are kept up-to-date with real-time reports on their student’s study habits and learn­ing atti­tude, as well as their marks and records.

A com­pre­hen­sive stu­dent resource that trains stu­dents in the core areas of the Equip Cur­ricu­lum, pro­vid­ing sup­port in areas of Aca­d­e­mic Skills and Per­sonal Man­age­ment. The book can be used through­out the year as the stu­dents face new and dif­fer­ent challenges.

Equip Moti­va­tional Workshops

These work­shops are designed to cul­ti­vate the learn­ing and life skills of the Equip Cur­ricu­lum, whilst speak­ing directly to the stu­dents. They can pro­vide real shifts in the think­ing and behav­iour of stu­dents, dra­mat­i­cally alter­ing the aca­d­e­mic cul­ture of the entire school.

Pre­sented by young, suc­cess­ful Gen Y speak­ers, the work­shops relate specif­i­cally to the stu­dents and engage with their world.
